Welcome to RemoteHire24. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and RemoteHire24("we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of our website and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• "Job seeker" means any person who uses the Service to browse, search, or apply for roles.
• "Employer" means any person or organization that posts a job listing on the Service.
• "Listing" means a job advertisement submitted by an Employer.
• "Content" means any text, data, or materials submitted to or displayed on the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Accounts and administrator access

Certain areas of the Service (the admin panel) are restricted to authorized administrators. You are responsible for keeping any credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your access. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. License to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.

5. Job listings and employer obligations

• Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of their Listings.
• Listings must describe genuine, available roles and must not be misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent.
• We may review, edit, reject, or remove any Listing at our discretion, including Listings that violate these Terms.
• A Listing becomes publicly visible only after the corresponding payment is confirmed.

6. Job seeker conduct

Job seekers are responsible for evaluating opportunities and for any information they share with Employers. We do not vet applicants or guarantee the outcome of any application. Always exercise caution and never share sensitive financial information with an unverified party.

7. Plans, pricing, and payments

Paid plans (such as Basic and Featured) are billed at the prices displayed at checkout. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect Listings already paid for. Payments are accepted through the methods made available at checkout and may be confirmed manually before a Listing is published.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Because Listings are a digital service that goes live upon payment confirmation, fees are generally non-refundable once a Listing has been published, except where required by law or where we determine, at our discretion, that a refund is appropriate. If a Listing is removed for violating these Terms, no refund will be issued.

9. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Post content that is false, misleading, discriminatory, harassing, or unlawful.
• Use the Service to collect or harvest personal data about other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or its data.
• Introduce malware, scrape the Service, or otherwise interfere with its operation.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by RemoteHire24 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Employers retain ownership of the content of their Listings but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the Service.

11. Third-party links and content

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (for example, employer application pages). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and accessing them is at your own risk.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. No employment guarantee

RemoteHire24 is a job board and is not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency. We do not guarantee employment, the quality of any applicant or Employer, or the outcome of any application or hiring decision.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemoteHire24 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RemoteHire24 from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RemoteHire24 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RemoteHire24 regarding the Service.

20. Candidate accounts, CVs, and applications

Job seekers may create a free account to apply to roles through the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents (including your CV/résumé) you upload, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. By submitting an application, you authorize us to store it and share it with the hiring team for the role(s) you apply to. You must not upload unlawful content or documents containing other people's personal data without authorization. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

21. Communications and consent

When you create an account or apply, you agree that RemoteHire24and/or the relevant employer may contact you about your application using the details and preferred method you provide (for example email, phone, WhatsApp, or Telegram). You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply.

22. Job verification

We review listings before they go live and remove those that breach these Terms. While we work hard to keep the Service free of fraudulent or misleading ads, verification is not a guarantee, and you should still exercise normal caution — never pay to get a job or share sensitive financial information with an employer.
