• Candidate accounts: when you register, we collect your name, email, password (stored only as a salted hash), and optionally your phone number.
• Applications & CVs: when you apply to a role, we store your CV/résumé file, phone number, preferred contact method, and any message you include.

• Basic technical data such as browser type, device, and approximate region, used to keep the Service secure and functioning.

13. Candidate accounts and CVs

If you create a candidate account, we use your details to manage your profile and applications. Your CV and contact details are shared only with the hiring team for the specific role(s) you apply to — never sold or shared with unrelated third parties. You can update your profile at any time, and you may request deletion of your account, applications, and uploaded CVs by contacting us. We retain application data only as long as needed to support the hiring process and our legal obligations.

14. Analytics and advertising

With your consent, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising and to understand actions such as page views, registrations, and applications. To match these events, limited data (for example a hashed email or phone number, and identifiers stored in the _fbp/_fbc cookies) may be shared with Meta.
