Job description
Reddit is hiring a UX Researcher, Growth to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a UX Researcher, Growth, you'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (PST)).
About the role
You'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home.
What you'll do:
• Iterate based on feedback and data
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering
• Conduct and apply user research
• Contribute to and maintain the design system
• Design flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Figma
• Understanding of accessibility and usability
• Strong portfolio of shipped work
• Ability to give and receive feedback
Nice to have:
• A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
• Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
