Elastic is hiring a Technical Product Manager, Enterprise to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Technical Product Manager, Enterprise, you'll define the vision and drive the roadmap for products customers love. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — Anywhere in the US). About the role You'll define the vision and drive the roadmap for products customers love, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home. Requirements

Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Comfort making data-informed decisions • Experience shipping software products • Strong analytical and communication skills • Ability to lead without authority Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
