Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Organized and proactive • Experience with an ATS • Excellent communication • Strong sourcing skills Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
