Staff UX Researcher, Design Systems

Datadog is hiring a Staff UX Researcher, Design Systems to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Staff UX Researcher, Design Systems, you'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end. This is a contract, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (CST)). About the role You'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home. Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Proficiency in Figma • Understanding of accessibility and usability • Ability to give and receive feedback • Strong portfolio of shipped work Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
