Staff UI Designer, Design Systems

Workday is hiring a Staff UI Designer, Design Systems to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Staff UI Designer, Design Systems, you'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — Anywhere in the US). About the role You'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Strong visual and interaction design skills • Ability to give and receive feedback • Understanding of accessibility and usability • Strong portfolio of shipped work Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
