Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Strong sourcing skills • Recruiting experience • Experience with an ATS • Excellent communication Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
