Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Experience with an ATS • Recruiting experience • Excellent communication • Strong sourcing skills Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
