Oracle is hiring a Staff Technical Recruiter to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Staff Technical Recruiter, you'll find and hire exceptional people for our growing team. This is a part-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Strong sourcing skills • Excellent communication • Experience with an ATS • Recruiting experience Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
