Reddit is hiring a Staff Technical Product Manager, Platform to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Staff Technical Product Manager, Platform, you'll define the vision and drive the roadmap for products customers love. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (PST)). About the role You'll define the vision and drive the roadmap for products customers love, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home. Requirements

Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Strong analytical and communication skills • Customer-focused mindset • Comfort making data-informed decisions • Ability to lead without authority Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
