Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Comfort making data-informed decisions • Experience shipping software products • Strong analytical and communication skills • Customer-focused mindset Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
