Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Customer-focused mindset • Strong analytical and communication skills • Experience shipping software products • Comfort making data-informed decisions Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
