Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Strong analytical and communication skills • Experience shipping software products • Ability to lead without authority • Comfort making data-informed decisions Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
