Amazon is hiring a Staff Technical Product Manager, Payments to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Staff Technical Product Manager, Payments, you'll define the vision and drive the roadmap for products customers love. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — USA).
About the role
You'll define the vision and drive the roadmap for products customers love, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home.

• Own the product roadmap and prioritization
• Partner with engineering and design on delivery
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements
• Define and track success metrics
• Communicate strategy across the company

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to lead without authority
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience shipping software products
Nice to have:
• Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
• A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
