GitLab is hiring a Staff Talent Acquisition Specialist, Go-to-Market to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Staff Talent Acquisition Specialist, Go-to-Market, you'll find and hire exceptional people for our growing team. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — USA). Requirements

Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Organized and proactive • Excellent communication • Experience with an ATS • Strong sourcing skills Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
