Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Strong sourcing skills • Experience with an ATS • Excellent communication • Recruiting experience Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
