Mailchimp is hiring a Staff Social Media Manager, Growth to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Staff Social Media Manager, Growth, you'll grow awareness, demand, and pipeline across channels. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — Anywhere in the US).
About the role
You'll grow awareness, demand, and pipeline across channels, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home.
What you'll do:
• Manage SEO, paid, email, or social channels
• Analyze performance and iterate
• Collaborate with sales and product teams
• Create and optimize content and landing pages
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects
• Hands-on marketing experience
• Familiarity with analytics tools
• Project management skills
• Strong writing and creativity
Nice to have:
• A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
• Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
