As a Staff Scrum Master, Infrastructure, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a freelance, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — Anywhere in the US). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Excellent organization and communication • Stakeholder management skills • PMP or equivalent is a plus • Agile/Scrum familiarity Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
