Reddit is hiring a Staff Scrum Master, Go-to-Market to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Staff Scrum Master, Go-to-Market, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (PST)).

You'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home.
What you'll do:
• Manage risks, scope, and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement
• Plan, schedule, and track project delivery
• Run agile ceremonies and reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects
• Excellent organization and communication
• Stakeholder management skills
• Agile/Scrum familiarity
• PMP or equivalent is a plus
Nice to have:
• A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
• A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
