Datadog is hiring a Staff Scrum Master, Delivery to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Staff Scrum Master, Delivery, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — Anywhere in the US). About the role You'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Agile/Scrum familiarity • Excellent organization and communication • Stakeholder management skills • PMP or equivalent is a plus Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
