Staff Scrum Master

Coinbase is hiring a Staff Scrum Master to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Staff Scrum Master, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (East Coast)). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Stakeholder management skills • PMP or equivalent is a plus • Project or program management experience • Excellent organization and communication Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
