Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Track record of meeting targets • Self-motivated and goal-driven • B2B sales experience • Strong communication and negotiation skills Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
