Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated and goal-driven • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or HubSpot) • B2B sales experience Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
