VMware is hiring a Staff Sales Development Representative to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Staff Sales Development Representative, you'll drive revenue by connecting customers with the right solutions. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (East Coast)).
About the role
You'll drive revenue by connecting customers with the right solutions, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home.
What you'll do:
• Run discovery calls and product demos
• Manage a pipeline and forecast accurately
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business
• Consistently meet and exceed quota
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects
• Track record of meeting targets
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce or HubSpot)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
Nice to have:
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
