Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Recruiting experience • Experience with an ATS • Organized and proactive • Strong sourcing skills Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
