Uber is hiring a Staff Recruiter to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Staff Recruiter, you'll find and hire exceptional people for our growing team. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (CST)). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Experience with an ATS • Recruiting experience • Organized and proactive • Strong sourcing skills Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
