Workday is hiring a Staff Recruiter, Technical to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Staff Recruiter, Technical, you'll find and hire exceptional people for our growing team. This is a contract, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (PST)). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Experience with an ATS • Recruiting experience • Strong sourcing skills • Organized and proactive Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
