HubSpot is hiring a Staff Recruiter to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Staff Recruiter, you'll find and hire exceptional people for our growing team. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (CST)). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Excellent communication • Organized and proactive • Strong sourcing skills • Recruiting experience Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
