Elastic is hiring a Staff Recruiter to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Staff Recruiter, you'll find and hire exceptional people for our growing team. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (East Coast)). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Organized and proactive • Excellent communication • Strong sourcing skills • Experience with an ATS Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
