Staff Product Manager

GitHub is hiring a Staff Product Manager to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Staff Product Manager, you'll define the vision and drive the roadmap for products customers love. This is a freelance, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — Anywhere in the US). About the role You'll define the vision and drive the roadmap for products customers love, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Ability to lead without authority • Comfort making data-informed decisions • Strong analytical and communication skills • Customer-focused mindset Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
