Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • HR experience • Discretion and confidentiality • Knowledge of employment practices • Strong interpersonal skills Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
