Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Organized and detail-oriented • Strong interpersonal skills • Discretion and confidentiality • HR experience Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
