As a Staff People Operations Specialist, you'll support our people and build a great remote culture. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (CST)). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • HR experience • Organized and detail-oriented • Discretion and confidentiality • Strong interpersonal skills Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
