Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Organized and detail-oriented • HR experience • Strong interpersonal skills • Discretion and confidentiality Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
