Humana is hiring a Staff Operations Manager to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Staff Operations Manager, you'll make the business run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — Anywhere in the US). Requirements

Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Clear communication • Strong problem-solving skills • Operations or analyst experience • Excellent organization Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
