Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Operations or analyst experience • Excellent organization • Strong problem-solving skills • Comfort with data and spreadsheets Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
