Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Excellent organization • Strong problem-solving skills • Comfort with data and spreadsheets • Operations or analyst experience Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
