Squarespace is hiring a Staff Operations Analyst, Go-to-Market to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Staff Operations Analyst, Go-to-Market, you'll make the business run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (West Coast)). About the role You'll make the business run smoothly and efficiently, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Requirements

Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Operations or analyst experience • Excellent organization • Comfort with data and spreadsheets • Clear communication Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
