Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Excellent organization • Comfort with data and spreadsheets • Strong problem-solving skills • Operations or analyst experience Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
