Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Knowledge of employment practices • Strong interpersonal skills • HR experience • Discretion and confidentiality Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
