This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (PST)). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Strong interpersonal skills • Knowledge of employment practices • Organized and detail-oriented • Discretion and confidentiality Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
