Job description
Williams-Sonoma is hiring a Staff Financial Analyst, Revenue to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Staff Financial Analyst, Revenue, you'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (CST)).
About the role
You'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home.
What you'll do:
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Support audits and reporting
• Prepare and review financial statements
• Reconcile accounts and support month-end close
• Analyze budgets and variances

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects
• Understanding of GAAP
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail
• Accounting or finance background
Nice to have:
• Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
