Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • A data-driven mindset • Project management skills • Familiarity with analytics tools • Hands-on marketing experience Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
