Netflix is hiring a Staff Editor, Brand to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Staff Editor, Brand, you'll tell clear, compelling stories that inform and engage. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (West Coast)).
About the role
You'll tell clear, compelling stories that inform and engage, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home.

• Optimize content for search and clarity
• Write and edit content for a range of audiences
• Manage an editorial calendar
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• A portfolio of published work
• SEO awareness is a plus
• Ability to meet deadlines
Nice to have:
• Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
• A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
