Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • A data-driven mindset • Hands-on marketing experience • Strong writing and creativity • Familiarity with analytics tools Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
