Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Understanding of statistics and experimentation • Strong SQL and Python (or R) • Clear communication skills • Experience with data visualization tools Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
