Zendesk is hiring a Staff Copywriter, Marketing to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Staff Copywriter, Marketing, you'll tell clear, compelling stories that inform and engage. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (CST)). About the role You'll tell clear, compelling stories that inform and engage, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Requirements

Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Excellent writing and editing skills • Attention to detail • SEO awareness is a plus • A portfolio of published work Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
