Staff Cloud Engineer, Tooling

Intercom is hiring a Staff Cloud Engineer, Tooling to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Staff Cloud Engineer, Tooling, you'll keep our infrastructure reliable, scalable, and secure. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (West Coast)). About the role You'll keep our infrastructure reliable, scalable, and secure, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go) • On-call and incident response experience • Strong troubleshooting skills • Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
