Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Strong communication and negotiation skills • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or HubSpot) • Self-motivated and goal-driven • Track record of meeting targets Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
